Fetherolf Construction Inc. is a second generation, family owned and family operated, High End residential General Contracting and Construction Management firm.  Founded in 1982, we have a rich tradition of delivering extraordinary service to our clients.  Client satisfaction is paramount in our approach to bringing the highest standards of work performance and craftsmanship to our projects.

 

Our sole focus throughout the building process is to surpass client expectations, by delivering the design intent of their architect or designer with our signature highest quality finishes, on time and on budget.

 

Our commitment to stellar quality and service has established long-standing relationships with those we serve. This has resulted in approximately 85% of our work coming from repeat commissions and direct client referrals. We are proud to have developed long term relationships also with our professional project partners, the architects and designers, and with our carefully selected and extensive network of first class artisans and sub-contractor firms who complement our full-time project staff.

 

Fetherolf Construction’s seasoned project managers, field supervisors and skilled craftsmen bring their vast experience to creating rapid and efficient solutions to any unforeseen challenges.  This experience allows our projects to maintain a strict schedule and within budget.

 

Our professional headquarters office staff maintains the smooth flow of communications to our field personnel, wirelessly linked by laptop and Blackberry networks. All information is seamlessly distributed and coordinated with architects, designers and all personnel involved in each project, at every phase.  All hard copy documentation is scanned and converted to a paperless file structure as well as pictures and videos take during the course of construction.

  

Each project’s progress is overseen and closely monitored by a Principal of the firm dedicated to that specific project, with close attention, regular progress reports and updates to the client. Our goal is to begin a new and lasting relationship with every client we serve and with every professional project partner whose vision we deliver.
