Down to the stud 5 bedromm 7 bath Italian Villa remodel, 8 months start to finsih. all new interior finish with over 130 imported marble slabs being used in all baths, custom living room marble fireplace, marble stair treads and landings. Custom oak floors and imported italian marble flooring. Replaced all exterior windows and doors with Torrance Steel. Added dedicated theatre as well as upgraded all electrical and plumbing.

Classic Colonial 7 bedroom 7 bath estate with extensive millworks, furnature grade high gloss paint finishes, pizza oven, cabana and an english garden. Project was completed start to finish in 16 months.

This buetiful Tuscan 5 bedroom, 5 bath home features skip towel interior finishes, Aluminum clad wood extrior windows and doors, state of the art green initiative Solar systems, fire department turn about, RV landing and 200 vine vineyard. completed on time in 12 months this project required a massive excavation of over 2000 yards of earth and over 120 feet of retaining walls for its hillside location.
